Hi

I have recently damaged my rear tyre in a pothole that has been marked up in yellow spray for repair. I actally saw the highways dept carrying out the survey around 3 weeks ago, would I have a valid claim since they have marked the offending pothole?

3 weeks is a long time to repair a pothole, but you need to find out what their standards are and then compare that to the national code of good practice.
