Hi there,
I am still fighting a claim from Dec 2008 believe it or not with a wealth of evidence showing that Clackmannanshire Council have failed to follow guidlines in so many areas that I have lost count.
My last response to them continued to defend my case with them now recommending that I take legal action - I know this is in the hope that I go away as they were unable to counter argue my point.
I would grateful if you could point me in the next direction? I am truly determind not to let this go due to the strong eveidence I have and the fact that I have been able to counter each arguement that they have presented to date. Is there any kind of appeal process in Scotland that you know of? If not, how would you recommend that I take a legal advice?
Look forward to your reply, regards.
As far as I know there is no appeal process in Scotland for a civil claim. Unless we have some Scottish Law experts looking at this website, all I can suggest is you start by looking at the Scottish Courts website:
