I just wondered if there is a different procedure regarding claiming against the LA for damage caused by humps in a road.
What would the process be? Has anyone had any experience of doing this?
Thanks for the reply, I haven't measured the humps at the moment, but I noted the regulations and will look into that further. I would add that the humps are clearly sunken into the road (they are formed of block paving) as a result a large amount of gouges are present on them.
Your claim will only suceed if you can prove that the humps were not in accordance with regulations. Have a look at this other thread:
