Bike crash!

I had an bad fall from my pushbike a couple of weeks ago. I hit a pothole and was thrown over the handlebars onto the road. I sprained both hands and my left elbow, also had plenty of cuts a bruses and have been signed off work for three weeks by a doctor. I would like to know if I can claim for such an accident?

You can claim if you wish to, but I strongly suggest you go through a solicitor and not attempt to do it on your own.
