Claim

I have made a claim to my local council about 6 months ago for damaged to my car caused through pot holes, does anybody know haow long this process can take?

The initial acknowledgement should be within 90 days, so if you have heard nothing at all, I would be getting onto them.

After that, the wheels move very slowly and assuming neither side is willing to back down, it can take years I'm afraid.
