Response times to a claim

How long does it take for a response to be responded to once a claim has been submitted?

Under the Civil Procedure Rules, I'm pretty sure the response time is 90 days.

mine took nearly 4 months after waiting for evidence. After I responded again, they have taken another 3 months but still no joy
