How and When to Claim

Hi,

I have reported the pothole and submitted my questions re the freedom of information act. My query is:-

1. When do I make a claim. £305 worth of damage.
2. Is there a form or do I write a letter with the details.
3. As it was a very busy dual carrieway I cannot gather evidence. Is this critical?

1. When you have received the information and determined if there is any point in making a claim.
2. Write at first, although you might be asked to complete a form.
3. Useful, but not critical. Safety is always paramount.
