4th pothole damage in less than a year

Hi I have just had my 4th damaged wheel in less than 12 months from the same stretch of road which they keep filling and as soon as bad weather the holes open up again. I have taken photo's this time becasue I have had 2 new wheels and i now need another - at £300 a time it getting expensive. Do I have a case for a claim as they are not repairing properly?

Possibly, but the only way to find out is to ask for information about how often the road has been repaired and what is being done about it in the long teram.
