Pothole Shows Up on Google Street View

Hi.

The pothole that damaged my vehicle is actually shown on Google Street View showing it to have been there since 2009 when the street was surveyed.

Should I tell the Council this as part of my claim? It certainly proves they haven't been up to date with their repairs but what happens if no-one else has suffered damage (or claimed at least)

There's no reason not to tell them. It will give them chance to explain themselves. Doesn't mater than no-one has suffered damage, there always has to be a first.
