I suffered damage to my car in January and claimed compensation from Herts Highways. They admitted the pothole existed and had not been repaired because of the inclement weather and therefore it was not their fault. I appealed and they rejected the appeal. I then asked them for all the last 2 years data on repairs to the road in question under the FOIA as advised by this website. They have sent it but I am not sure what I do with it. Like the majority of people I feel like giving up but has anyone got an advice. A new tyre and tracking adjustment cost me £130 and I am a pensioner and cannot afford to let it drop without one more go.
