No responsibility - it must be someones?

More and more people are contacting us with details of roads outside their properties that no-one is taking responsibility for. As the lady from Clacton-on-Sea has highlighted there are street lights on her road but no-one is prepared to repair her pothole ridden road. We would like to hear from anyone who had this problem and got it solved so we can help more people overcome this problem.
