Watch out for this pothole - it burst my tire and may have caused futher damage. The road is unlit and it's hard to see, but it has exposed ironworks and is quite deep.

There are 2 very large potholes here and numerous smaller ones. The 2 large ones were full of black ice and so even full beam headlamps did not show them up. Driving at 25mph and my nearside front tyre exploded. Very dark here with no lights...

Hit this little beauty at 0015 Sunday 15th Jan 2012, at around 35mph. Left front tyre split, wheel inner rim deformed by approx 50mm. Not checked for other damage yet...

This pothole has caused in excess of £1000 of damage to my nearside suspension and steering assembly (will be seeking compensation)- Be very aware - it is very hard to see and is rather deep. Traveling at only 28mph this caused a lot of damage!
