Potholes in my road

There have been potholes in my road for about a year now.
I with the local District Councillor have made numerous calls to our local county council and to no availe
When i rang them up last Autumn they denied all knowledge of any phone calls happening.
I have even taken pictures of the one outside my house.But the county council were not interested in having the pictures.
They have sprayed orange paint around them.Then one day they just dumped a dollop of tar in the hole and left it all bumpy. The hole outside a neighbours house Balfour Beatty came and cut out a square and redid that one correctly.and that was last week.
Yet they looked at the one outside my house spoke to the chap whose car is on the road opposite mine and they went back to their lorry and drove off.Wheres the logic?
Where they tried and sort out the one outside mine is not even "even"., when it rains a puddle forms.
Why should i keep on running up my phone bil for these idiots not to listen in whats being said.
We pay enough in council tax . ,wheres the money going ?Lining the office wallers pockets?And all the county councillors i suppose.
