Pot hole puncture

I was driving to work and was unable to avoid a pothole on a B road entering Holmbury St Mary. Rescue services fortunately changed my wheel but my tyre (new few months ago) was wrecked.

I want to make a claim for the tyre and thought your website would provide me the informatiuon I need to do this.

I have taken photos but havent downloaded them yet
