My poor scooter and me!

On my travel to work route there are some dangerous pot holes.
My Scooter has small diameter wheels which will fit nicely into most.
Will someone need to die or be seriously injured before something is done about the atrocious state of our roads. Surely the local authority is responsible for the health and safety of road users where the road surface is concerned. Someone should be accountable.
If my local authority representative ever gets to read this email, I live in Plymstock, Plymouth and travel to Devonport each day.
