Potholes in ML10 6SF

I have a claim in for £75 to South Lanarkshire council for a new tyre, I've had word back that its in the hands of the insurer, however my extra gripe isn't that the claim I made in February this year hasn't been paid yet, but that the pothole still hasn't been filled in yet, so how many others have hit it but not made a claim, come on people, WAKE UP.
