drain covers

between Bulkington and Wolvey about 20 or 30 drain covers were removed about 2months ago. I had to pull over on a bend because a vehicle came the other way speeding.by look I managed to stop.If I had dropped in to the hole I dont know what would have been the outcome. I think the local council have forgotten about.the repairs.or the drain covers have been stolen for scrap.
