I'm in dispute with the local council regarding damage to two n/s tyres caused by driving on a public road at night and hitting an enourmous pothole that was filled with water. The council says theu are not liable - well it must be those damned pothole fairies again. The pothoes (in teh same street) measure anuthing from 600mm long and 300mm wide and 100mm deep to single large holes 300mm x 300mm x 150mm deep. |
