large pot hole

testerday afternoon this pot hole, caused both my nearisde tyre's to blow out and damage to both rims, after awaiting for 1 1/2 hours for a recovery truck to take me home, then trying to sort out the repair, in the end it cost me £695-00 for new rims and tyres, and more is to follow as the car does not drivre properly, some else is wrong with either the steering or suspension,
when informed kent highways they told me that this one had been reported, so why was it left with out even a cone next to it
