A763(Clydeford Road) south near Clydesmil Placeby derekstark 08 Feb 2011 This hole is at an awkward point on the road and extends far into lane on southbound side of road. Recently it has worsened and today widened significantly. At the start of the year it appears a temporary repair was done but it has not lasted more than 3 months. Could not avoid this hole tonight without an emergency stop or swerving into the traffic coming the other way. There was a small crushed traffic cone in the hole also, which gives you an idea of the size. Difficult to see on bend in dark and rain. Hole ripped through side of my front left tyre. In the time it took me to change to spare 2 other cars also suffered damage from this hole. |
