Damages Paid!

Here is recent email we were sent from a successful user:

"I just wanted to say thank you for running such a helpful website. Following your advice, I was able to properly research my claim into a pothole accident last year and have now successfully recovered my £1,800 repair costs from the local County Council through the small claims courts.

I wish you every success in the future for defending motorists' rights in what is becoming an ever-increasing daily hazard.

Just a little reminder too keep persisting and there is light at the end of the long and arduous tunnel!!
