What do i do next

Essentially was on the slip road of M6 motorway.. decelerating and went over a pot hole and ruined my alloy and my tracking and popped my tyre..

claimed with relevent photos..

the pot hole had seemingly been repaired but evidently not to a sufficient standard.

My incident was the 8th of Jan 2011

My rejection letter states

" Whilst the Highways Agency was concerned to learn of your incident , our enquiries do not show that there has been any negligence on the part of the highways authority. Amey, our agents for this stretch of road inspect the carriageway on a weekly basis and patrol daily in accordance with the Network Maintenance manual, to ensure that it is safe for road users. Amey at the time of their last inspection prior to your incident, carried out on 4 January 2011, no defects requiring immediate attention were found.

Amey have confirmed that they became awarer of a defect at this location on the 7 january 2011 and carried out a temporary repair. However, it would apprear that the temporary repair failed (as can happen on busy stretches of road) and , unfortunately, your incident occured before further repairs could be done. "


They then go on about section 58 and say that the Highways Agency must deny liability for this incident.


What do i do next.. i am unsure if this is it or if there is a method of reappealing... if so how do i go about it.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
