With regards to the letter that I have received back from the Highways Agency stating that they are not going to pay out due to the damage to my car. I have since asked them to supply me reports for the past five years giving information of all claims that have been successful and unsuccessful under the Freedom of Information Act, I wait their response within 20 days.
