Bottleslow st bus top pothole

Travelling from leek rd in Hanley and up botteslow st stoke on trentat aroround 5.15pm
The damage is 30" x 36" with a 3.5 " cavity in the centre
because of the length and width of the hole and having to avoid on comming traffic on a bus route the hole is deseptive and unavoidable, and probably caused from road deteriation exassibated by the wheels of the bus
