Potholes on Cavendish Road, SW12

I own a flat at 346 Cavendish Road, Balham, SW12 and this is where I park my car. Directly outside my property and in the direction of Sistova Road there are approx 12 large potholes that spread across the road. There is a particularly deep pothole adjacent to a manhole cover in the middle of the road, just past Sistova Road that measures about 4 inches deep, 8 inches wide and 24 inches long and is hard to avoid when driving along this busy road.

I find it dangerous and damaging to my car, given the state of the road and in actual fact I discovered this weekend that the rear wheel and tire on my car has been damaged as a consequence of the potholes on the approach to my property. It's my intention to make a claim against Wandsworth Council, but one half of the road is in Lambeth, but I'll start there.
