Shocks began knocking at this point over the so-called road. I would not be surprised to learn that many roads in Buckinghamshire are amongst the worst in the UK. I genuinely fear driving now, having been away abroad for 7 years I was amazed to see the state of the roads here. I have visited war zones with better roads. Basically my shocks went at this road and two weeks later a blow-out. Someone (local authority?) has marked the worst with white spray paint last week. I'd love to see when it's gonna get fixed though...the sheer scale of roads not fit for purpose in this county beggars belief. Broken Britain. Feel like leaving again already re: roads! We will need twice yearly MOTs just to feel safe. They have this in NZ where i have been for past 7yrs on account of rural roads. Without a doubt they are nowhere near as bad as here in my experience.
