Last August my car hit a large pothole and caused £680.00 worth of damage to tyres and alloys. Luckily I found your website and followed the procedure exactly. ( Thankfully I requested the information under the FOI act. ) I then made my claim which was declined twice. Then I used the information that I had obtained under the FOI act and continued to persue my claim. This information stated that a previous accident had happened at the same pothole causing damage 6 months earlier than myself!!. Breakthrough-they now have reviewed my claim and made an offer which we have accepted. I would like to thank you SO much for your website and for all the help and information. It has taken 9 months and many letters but worth it in the end .
