Successful Claim

A potholes.co.uk user has sent this to us which hopefully will be the confidence booster some of you need to not give up on your claims! Persistence pays off!

"Just want to say thank you for the information on your website. We followed your guidelines and although its taken six months our local council's insurers have paid out our claim. I would urge other claimants of pothole damage not to give up on the first refusal by their council's insurers and to continue the 'battle'!
