by ChrisRhodes 29 Aug 2011 This pot hole has damaged my cars alloys and has made the centre caps of my alloy wheels come off becuase of force of hole in the road, for this i would like compensation to fix my car for the council not fixing the road as i pay road tax and have the right to claim for compensation. No photos of pot hole as the M1 is to busy and to dangerous to stop car in the middle of the motorway. |

So that you can better appreciate the suggestion, can I suggest you have a read of our step by step guide before you go making a claim. You pay vehicle duty to use your car not to maintain roads and you have no right to compensation so you need to put in a bit of work yourself.
