I hit this thing with a bang, saw it too late on a corner. I wasn't going fast as I had a mountain bike on my roof carrier. Immediately I thought I'd shredded the tire when I heard a loud knocking from the wheel area as I slowed down to assess the damage. To my surprise both near side tires were intact... I am yet to have the damaged assessed as this only happened last night. The knocking is still there but nothing looks obviously out of place, but I'm no mechanic. I'll have to get the knocking assessed by a garrage. This morning when I had another look in the light my rear near side tire does look under preassure, I think it's damaged.
