Pothole formed around cat's eyes in the road.

Travelling to work 7.30am, enter the motorway and hit this pothole that has formed around the cat's eyes in the middle of the road.
I continued for a couple of miles until a warning light appeared on my car. Pulled onto the hard shoulder assessed the damage and I had a flat tyre.
Called for recovery, waited one hour on the hard shoulder and resulted in being taken to a garage for a new tyre on the back of a flat bed truck.
