TWO LARGE ROAD DEFECTS IN THE ROAD!

their is at least two big holes in the road due to sunken manholes,they could if hit alter a cars driveing and could cause a accident ,they need urgent repair,this is down to bad management and you alone are responsible for this defect ,not weather or anything else ,I will be checking the progress of this repair personely and if not done soon will report you direct to the local MP and a higher authoritie remember you have a duty of care to the local people in the past you have taken your time and ignored your responceibiilitys ,and I have reported you ,so if you dont want your bad pratices agian coming to light I surgest you get a move on
