was travelling back to Seaton from Chard on new years day, was around 9.15pm, coming round the corner doing around 60mph,Ii hit the pot hole and rolled my car, I had 3 passengers, one of which was quite badly injured, it was only until the next day when I went back to the crash site, did i realise that it was a pot hole that had actually caused me to lose control, it was extremely traumatic, and has emotionally scared us all, looking at the pothole (I will upload pictures when i get them back from the police) the council have actually laid cats eye's through it, so there obviously aware that its there!, I'm hoping that i have a valid claim and the council will accept liability, only time will tell, but i shall keep you all informed :)
