Potholes in Leeds; |

by jajaja 09 Jan 2012 I travel through Leeds daily between Monday and Friday. I am noticing more potholes recently. However, on 5/1/2012 my car struck one of these potholes, causing a puncture in a front tyre sidewall. My car has 'run flat' tyres. Therefore, I didn't notice the puncture until a few miles later and therefore am unable to determine which pothole caused the damage. I needed to replace an almost -new tyre with yet another new tyre at a cost of £64.95. Would I be able to make a claim for this? How would I pursue a claim? |
