6" deep pothole

by RichardW

19 Jan 2012

6" deep pothole on the southbound B765. At the end of the lay-by opposite Wallacewell Primary School.

It looks to me tar has been packed around it in three previous attempted repairs. This drain is sinking, its not draining away water, it was flooded today.

Packing tar around it is not helping. Drain is now a sunken pot hole with tar around it.

This road is narrow. Vehicles will hit this pot hole it will damage vehicles that hit it.

I hope you all don't mind me mention that when someone dose damage their vehicle. They should claim Council responsible for damage.

As a claim should be successful as they cant say they didn't know about Pot Hole.

I have added a picture of Pothole. This was taken a day after it had stopped raining.
It just looks like a puddle.
Its an accident waiting to happen. Some bodies vehicle is going to be damaged.
