by VON_JON 20 Jan 2012 my front wheel was punctured form hitting one of the numerous potholes on this road, this is the first time this has happened to me. Can anyone advise the correct procedure on what I should do next? Many thanks. |

Hi,rnNot what you want to hear but I have been fighting with the council and have even got my MP involved...been trying for a year now to no avial. Am taking a different track now and just submitted an FOI to the authority as per this site instructs. Im then going to tackle the Highways agency. Im £790 in debt to who ever is responsible for the highways. Im fairly strong minded and will keep fighting the cause until I get compensated. It probably need a singly lawyer to take up all the cases to be a single strong voice rnTony H
