Pothole Which Is a Sunken Drain

Please Fix.

Deep Pothole, which is a sunken drain that has had tar packed around it in three previous attempts.

It and road around it. Is now deteriorating.

It dose not drain away, it floods, it looks like one of the puddles on road.

This road is narrow, pothole and flooding it's going to cause an accident or someone is going to damage their vehicle.
