HIGHWAY,S FAIL THERE DUTY OF CARE!

this very bad pedestrian crossing is on ashtree road and cressant road in crumpsall it has been reported by myself many times and it all falls on deaf ear,s due to incompitant people running there stupied departments without the knowlege to do so,I say sack them all full clear out,cut out the dead wood and get proper hard working people to do the work .there is plenty who would like a job
