Large hole in Dead Lane, Lawford, Essexby beetle 18 Apr 2012 Large puddle / water across the full width of the road, front LH wheel dropped into large unseen pothole (due to the water). Loud bang then thud thud thud. Puncture. Stopped and changed the tyre to find inside of the alloy damaged / dented/ out of shape. Large hole towards centre of the road, I reckon it's at least 150MM / 6 inches deep. Beware, especially if you're on a push bike. |
