Pothole Pothole Pothole

by Frankos

16 May 2012

We have helped and advised many people in respect of pothole claims.

Some for injury, and others for damage to property.

The key thing to note is that the road/path needs to be 'adopted' - making the local council liable.

If it is unadopted, this means that they are not responsible for maintenance and repair under the Highways Act 1980.

Give me a call on 0800 232551 and speak to one of our solicitors to go through the process.

It will not cost you anything, and more importantly we will ensure that you are compensated correctly with our tailored service.

Regards

Os
