Reigate Road, Leatherheadby CJuk 23 Nov 2009 We were driving from Headley to Leatherhead having just passed Cherkley Court . The road was wet with numerous puddles along its edge. With cars coming towards us we kept close to the edge of the road, which is narrow and unlit. Unfortunately our front and rear nearside wheels crashed down into the pothole, making an alarming noise. We continued driving for a short while, but soon had to stop as the rear tyre had deflated due to wheel rim damage. On further inspection, once we had returned home, the front wheel rim had also been damaged luckily the front tyre had not gone down. |

CJuk. We would like to get together with you on this story and help each other. If you feel the same please phone 07850676307.rnDid you photograph the hole the next day and contact surrey council or mole valley?
Astonishing! My wife did EXACTLY the same thing on the same night at the same place!!! It is as if we had written that story. Also both nearside rims and tyres ruined. Over £400 worth. I have photographed the hole, the one with the red council markings!
