I traveled through this tunnel at night and drove into the above mentioned pothole which was not visible in the dark and also filled with water.
My front left wheel hit the pothole hard and my vehicle almost veared into the side wall of the tunnel.

The impact caused a 2 inch split in the sidewall of my tyre which is only 2 months old and could have caused a nasty accident.
It was raining the road under the tunnel is only single carrigeway therefore no way to avoid the hole
