More Lower Dunton Road potholes

by tractaboy66

07 Mar 2007

Similar to Sappo's post weI too encounted the potholes under the railway bridge. After bend the road narrows under the bridge and with oncoming traffic it is impossible to avoid the various potholes of depths to 4-5inches and some 15inches wide.

The effect and noise of running over these was akin to the car being hit by bricks dropped off the bridge and was as unexpected as it was scary.

My trip through these has jarred and cracked the exhaust. The fact that I was in a 4x4 may have minimised any other damage but the garage is looking at the car now to check it out.
