Bad Repairs |

by kev 23 Mar 2007 It appears the majority of the problem is down to 'shoddy' repair work in the first place. A road i use every day has had a pothole repaired five times in a matter of months. Is it any wonder the roads are in such a state. If a person in other employment had to do the same job five times, he'd of been sacked ages ago. It seems that they just chuck a bit tarmac in the hole and hope for the best! 'Utility' companys are just as bad. Days after filling in a hole, it sinks. Cant the councils make them come back and repair it, properly! I'm sure if the councils had a bit of quality control, we wouldn't be in such a mess. |
