Edgmond Pothole

Was driving along the road at night which had no street lights. Another car was coming in the other direction so I dipped our cars headlights we then hit the pothole. This dented the alloy wheel and split tyre. We had to abandon the car at a local public house and catch a taxi home. We returned in the morning and changed the wheel and drove the car home. I am now pursuing a claim against the council.
