Driving over a huge pot hole

by gabepa

27 Feb 2010

As I was driving along Rowhook road driving from Ewhurst and heading towards Horsham, I remembered the journey well as it was raining hard but also hit a series of potholes on my way. Untill I was only 10mins from home when I felt a large bang to my front offside wheel where I had hit a huge pothole and the tyre imediately exploded leaving me with a pucture beside the road in the wet.
It wasn't until I went to get the pucture repaired I noticed damage to the 17" alloy wheel. As you can image I was furious due to the inconvinience and the amount of expense I am now having to pay out for a new wheel + tyre + tracking wheel alignment all in excess of £600.
