Pot Holeby karlos=14 01 Mar 2010 on the 15th feb 2010 at 6.30pm i hit a pot hole on the way from raf coningsby to hull the pot hole was down the caistor back roads (croxton road). i hit 2 pot holes about 4 feet away from each other, .After puncturing my tyres (Front and back) which meant i had to leave the vehicle there until my father could repair the tyres. The police were informed and i have an incident number. Since the incident i have had problems with my back due to the jolt suffered by the pot holes. The car has had problems with the starter motor (it is not too long ago that the vehicle had a full service), There was also other vehicles what hit the same pot holes as my self and suffered the same damage, The actual location is on the road that runs parallel to the same road as Pelham’s Pillar, approximately 100 – 125yds north of the junction on the left side heading towards the Humberside Airport. Due to the nature of your job it has been difficult to return to the scene at a convenient time during daylight hours to gain decent photographs before the pot holes had been repaired. Enclosed are pictures of the road and of my tyre. I also have all the receipts for the repair work carried out. This has caused me a extreme amount of distress and i am currently seeing my doctor for the pain in my back. This is not mentioning the inconvenience to those involved and myself whilst i have had to repair my vehicle. |
