£104 tyre killed by series of potholes.

pot hole damage happen friday 26thfeb so i emailed the bham highways agency just notifying them of the damage to the tyre and the road after taking pics of the pothole and tyre that day.

yesterday (2nd march) i got the tyre replaced and sent off all the evidence along with the tyre garages statement of it being pot hole damage.

today i received an email asking for my home address again to send me a claim form!

looks like im getting somewhere :D

well now Dudley are saying its down to Worcester council! so another month on and still no resolve.rnrnmike

so after all that the B'ham council say its not there area even after they sent me a address request email so they could send my claim form!rnthey had gone quiet as of the 3rd march so i mailed earlier and had the response saying it wasn't there area!rnrnill keep you informed.rnmike
