A275 before Trading Boundaries

by nickh

04 Mar 2010

Driving at night doing approximately 55mph I hit this pothole with both the drivers side wheels front and back. The damage sustained is a buckled front alloy and slow puncture and cracked back alloy wheel. The pothole is next to the white lines and is impossible to see at night until it's too late unless you live in this area and are aware of it already. There is a second pothole almost parallel to the first and with oncoming traffic they are impossible to avoid without moving completely into the wrong carriage way. East Sussex County Council Highways are not available on the list when reporting these holes on this website. I have registered these with them.

Pothole location
A275, Fletching, East Sussex TN22 3, UK
Status
Unfilled
