A507 Hell hole

Following a white van suddenly a large seemingly shallow hole appeared; the reality is it is much deeper than it first looks as I crashed straight into it - I'd already had to swerve round a few on the way down this road from Ampthill but there wasa a load bang and crash. & my tyre pressure warnign light came on a few mins later;as I was on my way to a meeting I stopped 15mins later went to the meeting & then checked out my tyre - a great chunk out of the alloy wheel was missing & a huge bulge in the tyre wall - the tyre was only 6mths old & cost me another £150 to replace!!
